The Android platform from Google is wasting no time becoming a force in the cell phone market. The HTC Droid ERIS and Motorola Droid are the first Android platform phones from Verizon. Verizon know for being a little slow with new phones hopes this will give them a boost in the PDA/Smart Phone market. Both phones feature a 5MP camera, Wi-fi, and touch screens along with access to the Android market. There are a few differences. The Droid ERIS features a 3.2 inch screen, virtual qwerty keyboard, and runs on Android 1.5 while the Motorola Droid has a 3.7 inch screen, a slide out qwerty keyboard, and runs on Android 2.0. So if you have Verizon and are looking to upgrade you finally have some good choices.
